The plain-language terms for the OscillaMind app and this website.
These terms cover the first version of the app. Our lawyer reviews them before launch, and we will update this page if anything changes. Last updated October 26, 2026.
Who we are
OscillaMind is made by InDigitual LLC (“we”). By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.
What OscillaMind is
OscillaMind is a wellness app for listening to and shaping sound. It is not a medical device and isn’t meant for any health condition. If you have a health concern, talk to a doctor.
Trial and purchase
- The app is free for 30 days, with 7 more days added when the trial ends.
- To keep using it after that, you make a one-time $2.99 purchase through your app store. There is no subscription.
- Your app store processes the payment and any refund under its own terms.
- If you don’t buy, the app stops setting new wake-ups after the extra days, an alarm that is already scheduled still rings, and nothing you saved is deleted.
Listening safely
- Keep the volume low and take breaks during long listening.
- Don’t listen to sounds that need your full attention while driving or doing anything where you need to hear your surroundings.
- Your phone’s settings, battery savers and other apps can stop any app, including an alarm. Check the status in Daily Rhythms, and keep a backup alarm for anything important.
Your data
Your listening history stays on your phone. See the privacy page for exactly what the app keeps and how to export or delete it.
Our content
The app, its sounds, the logo and this website’s text and images belong to InDigitual LLC or are used under free licenses. The Manrope font is used under the SIL Open Font License. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with a link back.
No warranty
We work hard to make OscillaMind reliable, but we provide it as it is, without warranties beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using it.
